In good used condition however it does have some flaws to note - the jacket has a small mark at the hem, inner pockets slightly worn, small stain near front pocket flap. And the trousers have a slight stain down the front near inner side seam, and staining to the lining. All of which are photographed.
Overall the condition of the suit is great, just a dry clean would be recommended to tidy up.
