I am unable to find another one online or a picture of it worn ANYWHERE. Maybe you could find it? It certainly seems like a Runway piece from the first runway collections of Y’s by Yohji

In perfect condition with no flaws to note. Rear vent still stitched in place

Size 4 see measurements below, fits a 40” chest. If you wanted a looser fit then this would be suitable for a 38/39” chest
